I write because the voices in my head wants to be heard by someone other than my self. It’s through my writing that I hope people can, if only for a short time, escape the reality of their lives. After all, our life is simply a series of well written chapters we live each day!

Simply Etta

I’m a lot of things to a lot of people. I’m a Mother, Sister, Daughter, Friend. My life’s an open book, with some pages reserved for family and close friends. I enjoy writing, reading, learning new skills, travelling, and meeting new people because I’m  always enthralled by their stories about life, love, God or what their beliefs, and family. Their stories  sustains my quest for knowledge, wisdom and understanding of the human race.

I’ve learned from my mistakes, but I have no regrets, I  use to regret my past wishing that I could go back and change it. But realised that  it’s our past that has brought us to the point we are now in our lives; and changing anything in the past, changes everything in our present. With all it’s up and downs I wouldn’t wish give up anything that I have now. My faith gives me strength, my family keeps me grounded, my appetite for adventure keeps me going, and my heart makes me the woman that I am!
