The Tie That Binds

The votes are in: People want me to post more about myself, and want more articles. All I can say is-be careful what you wish for! (lol)

My grandmother passed away in 2002 a few days after Christmas, think she was determined to spend one last Christmas with us. From that moment I got the news of her passing everything went by in a flash. Planning her funeral-Flash! Avoiding the cemetery and spending the next two days in bed-Flash!

I learned so much from her, but for me her 74 years were too short, because we had only 33 of them together. And that was NOT enough! I wanted more. I wanted my children to know her presence. I wanted to continue basking in her aura of unconditional sunshine.
