“Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.” ~Marcel Proust
People often tell me I’m so easy to speak to, they feel so comfortable chatting and telling me about their lives. One old lady I met on the park even told me about the affair she had while her husband was off to war….I know, to much information right? Yeah, I thought so too, so I quickly changed that subject. Whether I’m speaking to an old lady in the park or a colleague at work, there are two question I ALWAYS ask. If money were no object, what would you do? If you can go anywhere, where would you go?
Some are motivated to answer, most simply have said-“I don’t know, I’ve never really thought about it!” Now I’m asking anyone reading this to answer the same two questions, I would be asking you if we met. How motivated are you about your life? Motivated enough to know the answer to these questions?
If not. Maybe it’s time you made a deal with yourself to overcome procrastination and live like there’s nothing is impossible. The thought of having enough money to quit your job, or take a dream vacation to the Bahamas should be enough motivation to build your enthusiasm
Make each day count.
~Have a wonderful Thursday filled with gratitude!
