It’s the last Friday in MAY! The months are flying by, it seems like it was just yesterday I was flipping my calendar from April to May. Now in a few days I’ll be flipping from May to June, and yes I still use a real calendar not a digital one 🙂
I hope may was good to you! But if it wasn’t, maybe it wasn’t May? Because usually when someone says they had a bad month, it means that they’ve put far too much energy into either wanting something they don’t have yet or thinking what they have wasn’t good enough. Which is true for you? How much of what you have in your life do you really want? To create a real sense of fulfillment in your live you have to learn to WANT what you already have. Hey I want a beach body by July, but I’m accepting my winter body while still working to get my summer body! When you argue with reality, 100% of the time you will lose that argument (Byron Katie). Learning to want what you already have, doesn’t mean your life is perfect or you can’t still desire to have MORE , it means you choose to be HAPPY in the life you have now, with anticipation of something better.
