Terrific Tuesday-The Power of Connection

“We don’t develop courage by being happy every day. We develop it by surviving difficult times and challenging adversity.”  ~Barbara De Angelis

The power of connection comes by creating peace from within. There can never be a connection to anything, family, friends, a partner without first creating peace within yourself. Each of us possesses an unshakable core of love and serenity; leaving conflict, judgement of others and ourselves behind opens up that core to reveal US! Creating a space in your mind for something other than hate, envy, self-doubt transforms the relationship we have with ourselves and those around us.

Truth is, I’ll never know all there is to know about you just as you will never know all there is to know about me. Humans are by nature too complicated to be understood fully. So, we can choose either to approach our fellow human beings with suspicion or to approach them with an open mind, a dash of optimism and a great deal of candour.  ~Tom Hanks

How do you transform your limiting programming into one that foster peace, joy and love?
Everyone has a deep desire for peace in their life, while world peace may be a too bigger bite for you or I can handle, we can create peace in our own lives by walking away from and taking charge of a disturbing situation in your life, whether, with a family member, work situation gives you a greater peace of mind as conflict only causes instability. Reprogramming your mind to block out all the negativity will foster inner peace.
Disconnect from any and everything that makes you feel like a victim, shift from discontentment of not being enough. Family, friendships, relationships should never be conditional.

  1. Engaging concept that friends , family, relationships need to be all in , not based on conditions. Thanks for that nugget of truth

  2. Life is a mystery, to be led by You and Me.
Instead of exploring what it is.
    Let contentment be the Mantra.
It is not a business deal every time.
Simply Etta! you take this as in continuance with the words of Tom Hanks and also my comment.
