“Everyone needs reminders that the fact of their being on this earth is important and that each life changes everything.” ~Marge Kennedy
There is no time limit on becoming an agent of change and to begin enjoying life more. There is a timeline for every change and each of us has our individual stop, resume button. Me? I’m constantly stuck on resume because my life is always changing, I’m living in a constant flow that started when I removed all limitations from my life.
Removing any limitations from your life requires changes. It requires searching for the truth no matter how difficult it may be and accepting that sometimes life can be harsh. However, most of the time change can be a painless process because once you realise that though changing your mindset takes time, your view becomes clearer as pessimism quickly shifts to optimism making the whole process almost effortless. What makes it so difficult for some people to change is that they rely on others to bring changes to their life.
Change always comes back to you. It’s up to you to accept the changes in your life and go with the flow or go against it and remain in a constant fight of should I go or should I stay? Should I do this or should I do that?
If you’re wrestling with the thought of making any changes to yourself as an individual, changes that will benefit you as an individual……Remember that:
You’re so much stronger and more resilient than you believe you are.
There’s always a part of yourself that remains calm when everything else around you is chaos
You must learn to recognise that resistance mindset and know how to replace it with a positive one.
From any change, something good will come in the future.
Your belief mechanism can make change much easier and faster. So do some serious soul searching.
The language and words you use and the questions you ask yourself can make or break the change process.
