“It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.” ~ Confucius

On this side of the hemisphere summer is here. Even here in Scotland we’ve had a few spells of summery days, back home in The Bahamas they’re experiencing their own Indian Summer. I don’t have to tell you how uncomfortably lethargic long summer days can leave you feeling. Pursuing your dreams can sometimes leave you feeling a bit lethargic, less motivated and your brain will try to convince you that you’ve done enough for the day.

Then there are days when you will feel charged with ideas and motivated to take on the world. Days when you’re floating on cloud nine because  everything is unfolding in front of you and you’re satisfied with the accomplishments you’ve made to bring you closer to your dreams. When those days come and your brain says NO, whether it’s an Indian Summer’s day or a Cool Winter’s day take control and take action. Begin with some small task to bring you back on track of pursuing your goal, it could mean doing some research or activity to get your brain back on board with helping you continue achieve your larger goals.

We all have those unstoppable days and we all fall trap to those stalled days, on those stalled days remember we were all put here for a reason and that is to bring into being that which we yearn for. If you are not living your dream, then that dream will go un-lived and the world will be missing out on the great benefits of YOUR contribution.
