Life comes at you fast and if you wish to be truly effective in life you have to make an attitude adjustment. Don’t base your attitude on the way life is treating you, instead adjust your attitude to support and reflect how you want your life to be.
It’s futile to say stop worrying because that’s not going to happen, everyone worries about something or another. But you can replace worry with expectation, express the way you wish your life to be. If you wish to have a happy life, express happiness. Instead of complaining about everything that’s going wrong in your life, think and expect that good things happening. Don’t fall into the trap of branding yourself with misfortune, no one goes to sleep at night expecting not to get up the next morning and no one buys a lotto ticket with the expectation of not winning.
Most of life’s frustration comes from your expectations. You expect things not to work out then get frustrated when they don’t. Why be frustrated if your outcome were in favour of your expectation?
Attitude is everything and you don’t have to be a model on the runway to flaunt it. Adjust your attitude and release all that unnecessary frustration in your life.
