Yes I believe in individual responsibilities and accountability. Yet I wonder what is to be learned from collective violence and workplace bullying. You or an unfortunate colleague did nothing to deserve abuse or as we see of these constant mass murders except be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Not sure of the lessons in either of those cased.
But the lessons I learned from a former boss and her husband who were both bullies were, always speak up for myself even if it meant losing my job and I learned my self-worth.
