One way to feel good about yourself is to love yourself… to take care of yourself.
As a person who is committed to improving your life whether it’s being committed to making your relationship work, being better at your job or a better parent shows you have a great desire for change, growth and you recognise that all of these things can improve your existence while helping you achieve the good things in life.
That all sounds so simple and dreamy doesn’t it? I know first hand how tiring always wanting or needing to please everyone can get. Life gets complicated when you’re trying to be everything to everyone. Sometimes you have to just be everything to YOU! Don’t burn yourself out trying or doing the impossible task of pleasing everyone!
