Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved. ~Helen Keller
Everyone’s reality may be different, however, navigating reality can be tricky, at times even a bit overwhelming. It’s knowing when to detach from certain situations, people or things that we can totally navigate through all the daily noise which can sometimes make our reality overwhelmingly. At that point, we can gradually pull ourselves from the negative state of turmoil and navigate more easily through our reality.
Lately, I’ve been pushing myself so hard to perform in everyday life, my reality has been filled with grey areas, uncontrolled noise and overwhelming situations. Though it hard to do when you have work and family. There’s much cause to slow down. To take a step back from everything and rejuvenate my Fruitful Soul! Centring myself began with taking my life into perspective and ended with lots of self-love………
Rejuvenating Your Fruitful Soul
Perspective: Keep everything in perspective, find beauty and opportunity in everyday challenges.
Situations: Take action, embrace change, don’t look back life is constantly in motion, forever forward never backward.
Motivation: Find your inner Drive, harness that power and it will keep you moving forward.
Relationships: I won’t call myself a people’s person but I do enjoy being around people who I can learn from. Foster beneficial connections. Foster connections you Deserve
Happiness: Create an environment that empowers your one that fills your soul with joy and fulfil your desires.
Rituals: Creating rituals for yourself is a great way to rejuvenate the soul by keeping your grounded.
Mindfulness: Step out of all Busyness and walk into Awareness. Surrender any and everything that’s holding you back.
Self-Love: Be yourself, everyone else is already taken. Commit to Putting Yourself first and above all maintain your integrity.
This is also my contribution to Debbie’s Forgiving Friday series, where she writes about and invite others to share their thoughts on Forgiveness, Self-Love and Personal Growth. Debbie, thank you and I am so grateful the opportunity to contribute to your blog.

Etta, thank you for this awesome contribution for #ForgivingFridays! You give amazing keys for slowing down and living from a place of Soul — that is a true gift, inside and out. I particularly was struck by this one:
“Happiness: Create an environment that empowers your one that fills your soul with joy and fulfill your desires.”
Gorgeous!! 🙂 Blessings to you Etta!
