Optimism, though not always sustainable, has always been my first choice. Your dreams should always supersede your circumstance, even in the darkest moments, there is always a glimmer, even during the times you face disappointments and grief somewhere at the back of your mind there should always be a rainbow waiting to be birthed.
Your light should not be overshadowed by the noise of the world. The voice of reason, the voice of optimism should always be louder than the voices of doubt and acknowledged often.

“Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.” ~Helen Keller

“Optimism is the essence of every fighter; the belief that no matter what you’ll find a way to win.”

“Be optimistic about the future, believe in your dreams, with hard work and dedication you can make your dreams a reality.”

“Believe in your infinite potential. Your only limitations are those you set upon yourself.
Believe in yourself, your abilities and your own potential. Never let self-doubt hold you captive. You are worthy of all that you dream of and hope for.” ~Roy T. Bennett

So inspiring, Etta! I agree, optimism is such an important perspective––so much so, that it can change our perspective on everything. Love that inspiration quote from Helen Keller (and what a perfect example of optimism!) And, you demonstrate this positivity with such clarity in your blog! Thank you for sharing this for #ForgivingFridays, I’ll highlight it in my next blog post.
