To live the most meaningful, successful, happy life we must take time to rest and nourish ourselves. The most important relationship you have in life is with YOU so take care of you first before trying to do what you can for others.  Sit in quiet with yourself to begin the day, then spend a minute here and there all throughout the day to pause, take a few deep breaths, and begin again. At night before bed, out away all the technology and just be with you, reflect on the day, learn the teachings it had for you then leave it all, sleeping with a clear mind and a grateful heart.
