The voice inside your head can be your greatest friend or your worst enemy, it depends on what you’re willing to believe and allow to occupy space in your mind. You have no control over what thoughts come into your mind but you have 100% control over what you will believe and hold on to.   When a negative, false thought comes in, replace it with a true, encouraging, helpful thought.   For example: Thought: “You are not capable or smart enough to get that promotion.”  Your answer: “I have everything I need to achieve the success I desire and I will get that promotion.”
