Inspiration for the Heart, Mind and Soul
Once again congratulations on finishing your 21-day mindful meditation for growth, gratitude and abundance! This may be the final day of our Journey but it doesn’t have to be the final day for any of you. I first received the 21 Days of Abundance Meditation Challenge from a friend on Facebook! Trix invited me into her group to share the message, frequency, and miracles! I later learned that the program is for sale by the Chopra Centre for Wellness, so I’m extremely grateful to Trix for sharing this with me free of charge, which in turn allowed me to share with so many of you. I’ve been a sign-in member of the Chopra Centre online since 2014, I have found many programs there available both to purchase and for free that been so beneficial to me.
One of the instructions on day 5 for starting your own group was to choose a profile photo that symbolises abundance to you, I choose the one above for my Facebook group wen I started it last year because the countless stars and the moon reflects the endless abundance of the Universe. The boy reaching for towards the stars serves as a reminder that the Universe conspires to give us whatever we ask for, that everything is energy and we are all transmitters. If you take nothing else away from this 21-day journey, take with you the wisdom of knowing you are loved and that energy flows where attention goes! A friend of Trix invited her to her group, and she in turn took up the call to start her group and was able to transmit growth, gratitude and abundance to countless others. What was a wonderful display of vibration!
As we leave this journey, remember my blog is always open, you will always find the postings from the past 21 days to continue where you left off, to share with others or to begin. Prior to revisiting these sessions, I often used the meditation videos in my daily routine, so the information is there to use as you please. Remember, there is no pressure or judgment in this process, do as you are led and may you always grow in abundance, gratitude and love! Thank you again for accepting my call to join me on the journey.
Namaste
WELCOME TO DAY 21!
You did it!
Thank you, for making this such a fantastic journey!
For anyone who may be a few days behind, keep going. It is so worth it, we’re all cheering for you!
For those who are now completing this journey, you have created an abundance practice in self-discipline, investigation, and breaking through. I can only hope that you have found it as rewarding as I have. It’s been truly a remarkable journey, I have no regrets.
Whether you have started and had to take a break or are now completing your final day, I feel nothing but gratitude to all of you for accepting the call to join me on this journey. It’s been a wonderful experience and an honor to lead you in this practice of meditation, I hope that wisdom and inspiration were gained each day. May this experience continue to impact you positively in not only noticing, but also attracting abundance and prosperity throughout 2021 and beyond.
This is your final day, listen to meditation as many times as you wish before completing the task. Remember my blog is always accessible, if you’re led to, you can return at any time to either, begin, continue or to simply do a refresher. There are some days I’ve revisited simply because they resonated so much with me that I just had to experience it again.
Now let’s begin!
TODAY’S PHRASE
Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day: “Every moment of every day I live my life abundantly.”
MEDITATION & MANTRA
This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: So Hum
MEDITATION LINK:
SEVEN SWITCHES
Are you familiar with the seven “switches” of happiness?
-Give to your neighbor
-Transmit (love & light)
-Let go (of things that do not serve you)
-Indulge (live life to the fullest)
-Give thanks
-Give yourself (be of service)
-ForgiveWhen these seven become part of your life, happiness will flow into it simply and easily.
Everything is energy and its flow must be circular and continuous in order to return abundance to you. This is how the law of reciprocity works. Energy current Influx/ Flow Money/Abundance.
Keep your channels open so that your energy can flow unhindered. Remember to stay present. Your future is in your hands; you make choices and decisions every day, like how you use your time, with whom you spend it, and how you feel at every moment, all of which determines the outcomes of your life.
TASK
Share with us in the comment section your experience of journeying through these 21 days of plentiful abundance.
– Tell us where in the world you are.

With Love and Light So Hum
So Hum*
WELCOME TO DAY 20! You’re almost at the end of your journey, congratulations!
We live in a society where luxury is a sign of wealth, where wealth is so often associated with money and the love of money is the root of ALL evil!
Today’s lesson intends change that paradigm about luxury and abundance many of us were raised into. Everything you’ve learned to this point will come together and hopefully provide more clarity for you because it balances the scales on abundance vs. material goods.
God/ The Universe did not believe in scarcity, if she/he did, there would only be one type of flower, one type of bird, one type of tree! But there are 4 million flower, some yet to be discovered, and 20,000 butterflies! We are surrounded by unlimited abundance and prosperity.
Starting from today allow yourself to seek out daily, the luxury that surrounds you! Let your joy build you up and give you the energy to share with others.
TODAY’S PHRASE
Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day. “Today, I treat myself with moments of luxury.”
MEDITATION & MANTRA
This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Ritam Namah
MEDITATION LINK:
TASK
Scroll through your journal, read the tasks you’ve performed.See if there is something that you missed. Would you like to supplement anything in light of your new awareness?
Think about someone in your life and/or environment who seems to be unhappy or going through a challenging time. This person may complain often and have a generally negative view of life. It could be someone from the 7th-day list or someone else.
Share the parable from Day 19 with this person and write down what happens in your journal.
How did you feel sharing the parable with him/her?
What thoughts, associations, sensations arose in the process?
Did they answer?
Did you talk about it?
What did you discuss?
You never know whose life you can impact and shift when you share with them what you’ve learned.
MESSAGE “Live on the fat of the land.” Today we look at the concept of luxury, adding to your life something that is much more significant than just a necessity. When you feel that you are worthy to receive all the blessings that the Universe can offer you, your needs are satisfied easily and even more than necessary.
As soon as you learn to accept the grace that has been sent to you, you are showing the universe that you deserve only the best and are ready to receive it.
QUESTION 1: How is luxury manifested in your life?
QUESTION 2: What luxurious gifts do you present yourself?
QUESTION 3: How can you bring luxury to others?
WELCOME TO DAY 19! It’s important to love others but it’s more important to love yourself!
One day soon everything will be ok. Take a few minutes out of your today to truly reflect all that’s happening around you just now. Look at the events in your life (both good and what you feel are bad), and consider these words “This Too Shall Pass.”
TODAYS’ PHRASE
“Today, I remember to love everything and everyone I come into contact with.” Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.
MEDITATION & MANTRA
This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Sat Chit Ananda
MEDITATION LINK:
TASK
Read the parable below at least twice and then write down your thoughts and feelings in your notebook.
Moreover, today *SHARE* your thoughts in the COMMENTS answering this question: What does this parable mean to you?
PARABLE
-This Too Shall Pass-
There was a king and he once said to the court sages, “I have a ring with one of the finest diamonds in the world and I want to hide a message under the stone that can be useful in a situation of extreme despair. I will give this ring to my heirs and I want it to serve them faithfully. Think of what kind of message should be there. It must be very short to fit in the ring.”
The sages knew how to write treatises, but did not express themselves in one short sentence. They thought and thought, but did not come up with anything.
The king complained about the failure of his venture to a faithful old servant who raised him from infancy and was part of the family. And the old man said to him:
“I’m not a sage, I’m not educated, but I know such a message. For many years spent in the palace, I met a lot of people. And once I served a visiting mystic whom your father invited. And he gave me this message. I ask that you don’t read it now. Save it under the stone and open it only when there’s no way out at all.
The king listened to the old servant.
After some time, the enemies attacked the country and the king lost the war. He fled on his horse and his enemies pursued him. He was alone, his enemies were many. He rode to the end of the road. There was a huge deep cliff before him; if he fell there, it would be the end.
He could not go back, as the enemies were approaching. He already heard the clatter of their horses’ hooves. He had no way out. He was in complete despair.
And then he remembered the ring. He opened it and found an inscription: “This too shall pass”
After reading the message, he felt that everything was quiet. Apparently, the pursuers got lost and proceeded in the wrong direction. Horses were no longer heard.
The king was filled with gratitude to the servant and the unknown mystic. The words were powerful. He closed the ring and set out on the road. He gathered his army and returned to his state.
On the day when he returned to the palace, they arranged a magnificent meeting, a feast for the whole world – the people loved their king. The king was happy and proud.
An old servant came up to him and said softly: “Even at this moment, look at the message again.”The King said, “Now I am a winner, people are celebrating my return, I’m not in despair, not in a hopeless situation.”“Listen to this old servant,” the servant answered. “The message works not only in moments when everything is bad but also in moments of victory.
”The king opened the ring and read: “This too shall pass.”
And again he felt a silence fall over him, although he was in the midst of a noisy dancing crowd. His pride dissolved. He understood the message. He was a wise man.
And then the old man said to the king: “Do you remember everything that happened to you? Nothing and no feeling is permanent. As night changes day, so moments of joy and despair replace each other. Accept them as the nature of things, as part of life.”
WELCOME TO DAY 18!
Today I am in deep reflection on how drastically life has changed in the past year. The world is realigning, we are being forced to revert to a more simpler, gentler and conscious way of living.
We are having to adjust to a life that calls for us to embrace things like contentment, joy, gratitude, meaning and commitment as we stand no longer for the ‘Me or I’ but for the ‘We’ because ‘We’ are now having to pool our resources for the survival of ‘We!’
We as asking ourselves, will we find that calm in the storm? And, greater still, how can we each find some inner strength during this time and carry it forward to light the path ahead of us?
We are presented with new opportunities for how we will show up, what choices we will make. Even in this vortex, we must keep committed and find that precious, expansive space of abundance in our lives.
Remember: Energy flows where attention goes! Be aware of all of the ways abundance shows up around you.
TODAY’S PHRASE
Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.“I celebrate my unity with all life, knowing we are all one.“
MEDITATION & MANTRA MEDITATION LINK:
This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Tat Tham Asi
MEDITATION LINK:
TASK
Do the Meditation first before writing your letter (below).
Write a letter to your country of origin, expressing all your feelings about it.
Remember that all of your feelings are valid and appropriate. Write everything that arises.I remind you to write down the meditation phrase in your notebook and keep your attention on it throughout the day.
REFLECTION :
Live in unity
In today’s meditation, we will talk about unity as the basic truth of all that exists.
As individuals, we are not alike. We have different lifestyles, beliefs, and perceptions; however, these differences exist only in the physical plane.
At the molecular and spiritual level, we are actually all one and are connected with the universal primary source. When we begin to fully understand this concept of life in unity, the idea of a personal “I” gives way to the image of a universal “I.” The concept of rivalry and competition disappears.
This relationship contributes to deep love and empathy for everyone who surrounds us.
QUESTION 1: How would you define unity?
QUESTION 2: What do you think of diversity?
QUESTION 3: How did meditation help you realize the idea of living in unity?
WELCOME TO DAY 17!
“Out beyond ideas of wrong doing and right doing there is a field. I’ll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about.” ― Rumi
There is so little appreciation to the things that cost us nothing. As we dive into the existential confidence of being, today, bring your attention to those things that cost you nothing and that you value as much as gold! What gives you strength, life force, vitality, immense joy, and inner peace and confidence? Connect to it, feel it, and make a list of it to anchor it and reconnect to it, to a greater level within you.
You are a brilliant light in the world. Feed that flame.

Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

SUMMARY
I lead my feelings and choose to feel whole, healthy, abundant, and blessed.
JOURNALToday we look at how we can live carefree – free from judgment and anxiety, focusing on the joy and perfection of what is right now.
By meditating, and plunging into the awareness of the present moment, you understand that everything is perfect and is as it should be. That any problems you have are transient and temporary. You reconnect with your True Self, feeling lighter and free.
Throughout life, you will begin to look at everyday circumstances easily and meet surprises calmly and with grace.
Record reflections in your journal:
Question 1: How do you feel when you wake up every morning?
Question 2: How much would your life improve if you lived with a light and carefree heart?
Question 3: How can you switch your mind to spread the love and joy that you feel in your heart?
WELCOME TO DAY 16! I feel nothing but gratitude for you as we continue on this Journey………
“If the only prayer you said was thank you, that would be enough.” -Meister Eckhart
Today is all about gratitude! With less than a week left together! It doesn’t matter where you are in your journey Day 2, Day 10, Day 16 – keep it going! The benefits are incredible. This is more than an abundance journey it is one of growth and reflection. One of mindfulness and forgiveness.
All of which we are finding out is the key to our unlimited abundancy. In these last few days of the challenge more space is given for personal reflection as we continue the practice of self-inquiry.
Each day we are looking inward, to reflect on the energy we all share, the abundance of thoughtfulness, care and love we each can experience in these exercises – take a moment to reflect on that, we are all doing this together, you are never alone.

The idea of writing this list is to forgive yourself for everything that you have not done in your life. For each line on your list, write a text of forgiveness based on examples below:
I, full name, forgive myself absolutely and lovingly for… not graduating from university.
I, full name, forgive myself absolutely and lovingly… that I did not show my vulnerability.
