“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” ― Rumi
I started meditating a little over 15 years ago, after being introduced to the practice by a friend. I really enjoyed it because it was so beneficial for me at the time. However, I’ll be the first to confess that like a lot of things in my life it was pushed to the back burner. But thankfully after about a years of being off the wagon, last year I found my way back again because I strongly believe, “Ask and you shall receive!” When I started on this 21 Day Meditation journey last year, I felt a shift in my consciousness. The key is to keep an open heart and mind, let go of your limitations, no matter what you’re going through, believe that all will be well and find that magic inside of you! I’m excited to see where your journey takes you.
Though not as intense as the 21-day journey of last year, I have kept to a daily ritual of mediating, With that in mind, I thought that I would share the journey with those of you who were not able to join the group on Facebook or may have done it last year but would like to give it another go like I am right now. The true beauty is to make a commitment to dedicate time for our inner selves and work on that. Take it at your own pace, give yourself grace. I won’t lie to you, it won’t always be easy and sometimes you will feel uncomfortable. It’s ok! Keep going, you owe it to yourself. Don’t judge the exercises or yourself. It’s all part of the experience. If you don’t feel the call to complete the 21-journey that’s ok too.
If you do decide to participate, you can begin your journey on Day 0 and beginning Monday 7th May, for the next 21 days you will find it easier to breathe in abundance, joy, gratitude, strength and empowerment. Keep your heart and mind open for everything that is deservedly yours, “Seek and Ye Shall Find.” Breathe out all the negative energy, any limiting beliefs, feelings of inadequacy or fear and find what’s waiting for you on the other side.
Thank you for showing up for yourself! You are loved and appreciated!
