Welcome to Day 1! 🤗
I am so happy that you are here and honoured to be on this journey with you! In this time of physical distancing, this is a beautiful and powerful way to share space with all of you from around the world. 🌍
This is an experiential adventure in shifting your abundance mindset and consciousness AND attracting that new abundance awareness into every aspect of your life! The experience is a constant stretch to expand and grow your abundance & prosperity.
✨ You deserve it, we all deserve it!✨
I am also working my way through these meditations and exercises; I am about a week ahead of you. I have found profound connection and benefit from this practice.
I believe in the power of Universal Laws and that we create our own reality. This 21 Day Meditation is a wonderful way to find a greater sense of peace, groundedness, and optimism for what the universe holds for us all.
It has inspired me to go forward with this challenge fully engaged. Remember, you are ENOUGH and this is not a race. This is not one more thing to cause anxiety about whether or not you are achieving. It is to be done at your OWN PACE, with mindfulness and by giving yourself grace.
You are so worth setting aside this time each day, whenever it works for you. If you ever want to share your thoughts or experiences, please private message me.
✨✨DAY 1 ✨✨
PHRASE OF THE DAY: “Today, I behold all the abundance that surrounds me”
Write this phrase in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day. ✨✨ Optional: You can write it down on sticky notes and place them around the home to remind you.
MEDITATION & MANTRA:🧘♀️ The meditation (found in the audio, following) can be done before or after the task. I tend to do the meditation first to get centered, but it is up to you!
This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: “Soham”
MEDITATION-DAY 1
YOUR TASK: In your new notebook, make a list of 50 people that have influenced your life. They can be both living or already departed, your relatives and friends, celebrities, writers and personalities, whom you do not necessarily know personally. Everyone who has influenced you and contributed to your growth & development. For myself, I wrote down people who influenced my idea of family, lifestyle, fashion, travel, etc. I also included my first boss who I was not on good terms with when I resigned. So your list can include anyone who was a positive influence on you at any phase of your life, her positive was teaching me what NOT to tolerate on a job.
The list must have at least 50 names.
In the process of making a list, think about why you chose the person.
What has changed in your life for the better?
Move calmly and thoughtfully. Remember the best things about each person in the list and what they bring into your life. (If someone comes up through your day, add them to your list!)
Trust the process. Upon completion, please write: “Day 1 Done” in the comments section of this post. Remember that is the ONLY message to post in the group chat. Please send any questions directly to me in a private message. Again, you are welcome to discontinue the journey at any time, if you decide not to continue.
