21 Day Mindful Meditation -Day 8

Welcome! 🌟“The practice of love offers no place of safety. We risk loss, hurt, pain. We risk being acted upon by forces outside our control.”
~Bell Hooks

Congratulations on entering the second week in the journey. I hope thus far you’re feeling some grounding, personal growth, gratitude, abundance.

May we all continue to enjoy the journey, and may fortune always favour us with an abundant mindset amidst the chaos that surrounds us. May we always to choose love each other and in the process learn to love ourselves!

Investing my energy into money contributions, treating someone for a meal, volunteering my time and donating material items has always come easy to me because I’m always open and receptive to positive things. Looking at it from the perspective of giving, I’ve always practised energy exchange for abundancy. However, this receipt practice was new for me and I am very excited about it. This was a fun session and something completely new to me. I was introduced to it during 21 Day Meditation practice las year and it made me realize that over the years, purchasing anything, whether is was food, household products, clothing, paying my rent, Utility bills, etc were investments in myself and family. Through these investments of energy(my time and money), I’m expressing love not only for myself, but also love for my family and friends.

By doing this, we should claim seven times for the good of all concerned.

✨✨ PHRASE OF THE DAY ✨✨

“Through the law of pure potentiality, I can create anything, anytime, anywhere.”

📘Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

MEDITATION & MANTRA🧘‍♀️

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Bhavan Nama

MEDITATION LINK:

TASK
Find at least 5 receipts of recent purchases (Since the lockdown last year I have plenty, maybe we all do)

✍️Write on each of them: “All that is invested is good and will return to itself seven times.”

💰Receipts can be of any type: grocery store, restaurant, personal items, car, health, hairdresser, entertainment, etc. If your purchase receipts are electronic, you may create a paper receipt by writing the amount, date, and to whom you paid on a piece of paper.

Remember, it’s important not only what you write, but also the energy you are transmitting when you write it.

Words have power. They help our minds build new programming and therefore create a new reality.
