21 Day Mindful Mediation Day 11

WELCOME TO DAY 11!💫

Every thought you produce, anything you say, any action you do, it bears your signature
~Thich Nhat Hanh

I love this quote, it’s a great reminder to all of us that our thoughts and actions is our legacy. We have a saying back home, “what you give to the world you can’t take back,” but we should be mindful of not only what our thoughts and actions saying about us but also what they are attracting in our lives. As I sometimes go through life, my awareness is always -“What am I doing? and Why am I doing this?” It took me a number of years, too many if I wish to be honest, to accept that my life was the result of my own thoughts and actions!

Today’s task may be difficult for some, as deep self-reflection can stir up so much inside of us. Don’t judge yourself too harshly, we are all in this journey together, discovering, learning and most importantly accepting! I spend a lot of time reflecting, it helps me to centre myself when things seem to be going in all different directions at once.

Today’s lesson starts to tap into our roots bringing awareness that we all are a result of the lives of our ancestors. We can choose to keep what serves us and to discard what does not. That takes effort. It takes recognizing in the first place what it is that you want and then to focus energy and attention to that outcome, remembering that every thought you produce, anything you say, any action you do, bears your signature!

✨✨ TODAY’S PHRASE ✨✨

“I expect and accept abundance to flow easily to me”

📘Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

MEDITATION & MANTRA:🧘‍♀️

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Daksham Nama

MEDITATION: In today’s meditation, we will look at the Law of Least Effort and how it can support you in being unattached to the outcome of your deepest desires and intentions. When you let go of what you were taught and take that leap of faith, your personal world of abundance will create. When your actions are motivated by love, your energy is multiplied and accumulated. The release of this energy allows you to redirect it and use it to create everything that you want to create. When your spirit is your inner point of reference, all the power of love is at your disposal and you can use this energy creatively, moving toward abundance and evolution.

REFLECTION

📘Record your responses in your journal to these questions:

✅Question 1: According to your conviction, how hard should you work to enjoy true abundance?

✅Question 2: In what areas of your life would you like to get more abundance?

✅Question 3: What changes should you make to release your desires into the space of universal consciousness – the source of all abundance?

TASK- In honour of creation, Please describe your mom (or mother figure in your life) in your notebook.
– Positive aspects
– How she inspires
– Limitations
– What did you learn from her?
– What brought you together?
– What separated/distanced you?♥️

If you are unable to connect with your mother (or mother figure) anymore or ever and if your mother has left this earthly world, then focus on an image or her image and write what rises in your memory and feelings.
