WELCOME TO DAY 12!
I hope you are being good to yourself throughout this journey. Remember, this is not a journey about self-judgement, it’s one of self-discovery!
Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible. ~Francis of Assisi
At the start of every year, many of you set forth intentions, in the form of New Year’s resolutions to take with you throughout the year. Intention is one of the most powerful forces in the Universe because your intentions will determine your outcome in life.
Today’s guided meditation had a resounding effect on me; thus far it was one that resonated with me the most because it hit home for me on so many levels. It brought me back to my roots and without giving too much away, all I’m going to say is, there’s something about the allure of ocean that brings peace to the soul! I hope the session will resonate with you as much as it did me.
Like the junky that I am, I listened to this audio several times, each time taking away a new message. I invite you to be kind to yourself, live without judging yourself and live your life with clear intent, surrender and use your imagination to create the abundance that you want in your life. May you be inspired in all that you do today!
TODAY’S PHRASE
“I place my intention into the vast ocean of all possibilities and allow the universe to work through me.”
Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.
