The Working out of Cause and Effect is Eternal

Situations seem to happen to people, but in reality, they unfold from deeper karmic causes. The universe unfolds to itself, bringing to bear any cause that needs to be included. Don’t take this process personally. The working out of cause and effect is eternal. You are part of this rising and falling that never ends, and only by riding the wave can you ensure that the waves don’t drown you. The ego takes everything personally, leaving no room for higher guidance or purpose. If you can, realize that a cosmic plan is unfolding and appreciate the incredibly woven tapestry for what it is, a design of unparalleled marvel.

12 Day Mindful Meditation – Day 16

WELCOME TO DAY 16! 🏵 I feel nothing but gratitude for you as we continue on this Journey………

“If the only prayer you said was thank you, that would be enough.” -Meister Eckhart

Today is all about gratitude! With less than a week left together! It doesn’t matter where you are in your journey Day 2, Day 10, Day 16 – keep it going! The benefits are incredible. This is more than an abundance journey it is one of growth and reflection. One of mindfulness and forgiveness.

All of which we are finding out is the key to our unlimited abundancy. In these last few days of the challenge more space is given for personal reflection as we continue the practice of self-inquiry.

Each day we are looking inward, to reflect on the energy we all share, the abundance of thoughtfulness, care and love we each can experience in these exercises – take a moment to reflect on that, we are all doing this together, you are never alone. ❣️

✨✨ TODAY’S PHRASE ✨✨

📘 Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day. “Today I remember to be grateful.”

✍️TASK

Make a list of all the things that you have always wanted to do but have postponed, at least until now.

This could be because of other priorities, the fear of hurting someone, or the fear of failing. Regardless of the reason, these are things that you still plan on doing.

The idea of writing this list is to forgive yourself for everything that you have not done in your life.👉For each line on your list, write a text of forgiveness based on examples below:

❣️I, full name, forgive myself absolutely and lovingly for… not graduating from university.

❣️I, full name, forgive myself absolutely and lovingly… that I did not show my vulnerability.

✨Write down anything and everything you want, without limitation. Remember the Universe is limitless and that which you are seeking is also seeking you.

21 Day Mindful Meditation- Day 15

WELCOME TO DAY 15! 🌈 YOU ARE SO APPRECIATED!

“Like attracts like. Hate brings hate and all the ills that follow in its wake. Envy and fear and worry attract discord and disease. If you want health, happiness, in your life, if you are seeking riches and success, attune your thoughts to these. BLESS the circumstances that surround you. Bless and praise those who come in contact with you. Bless even the difficulties you meet, for by blessing them, you can change them from discordant conditions to favourable ones, you can speed up their rate of activity to where they will bring you good instead of evil.” -Robert Collier

This quote is one of my favourites, it’s always are a reminder to me that in order to receive, I must first give. This is the final week of our journey and what a wonderful one it has been. I am so proud of you and I truly appreciate you! Thank you for the feedback, I’m happy that you saw the opportunity in taking the challenge and stuck with it.

Today we celebrate YOU! We celebrate what each of us has been able to afford so far! As well as, our awareness of the abundance we have experienced every day! We celebrate the openness to the abundance we desire and dream of while living the magic of Synchrodestiny.

As we move into today’s lesson, open your hearts and minds to everything you have learned so far. Remind yourself of all the possibilities of the banquet of the universe because everything you can imagine has already been created.

✍️TASK

Write this letter by hand, on a separate piece of paper, of gratitude and recognition to a person who you think “hurt” you at some point in life. Begin by meditating, so that an image of this person comes to you. More than one person may appear, yet for today, you are only writing one letter.

It is important not to feel any hostility towards this person, so be sure to cleanse yourself of any negative emotions. If you find that you are still angry or resentful, write down all of these feelings on a separate piece of paper and then tear the sheet into shreds and/or burn them.

🙏MESSAGE Abundance and the Law of DharmaToday we are completing the second week of the 21-day meditation program of the Chopra Center – KEY TO ABUNDANCE.

Over the past week, we have examined abundance in terms of the principles described Deepak’s book, “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success,” from the Law of Pure Potentiality to the Dharma Law today.

When your life is full of true purpose, your dharma, or abundance, rushes toward you easily and effortlessly.

As the saying goes: “Do what you love, the money will be.”

It is not only about material wealth, but also about satisfaction, confidence, optimism, and joy. All of the manifestations of abundance will come to you if you live your true purpose in life.

📘JOURNALRecord your thoughts in your journal:

QUESTION 1: What brings you the most joy?

QUESTION 2: How do you feel this joy in your everyday life and in your current work?

QUESTION 3: How can you approach a life full of joy, by living your Dharma or life’s dream?

💫TASK

Enjoy this day, noticing the generous gifts of the world that surround us, seek us, and ask us to notice and accept them. Seek, find, accept and give thanks for each of them.At the end of the day, write down at least three paths/sources through which abundance has come to you today. Even if it was something very small.

❣️The Importance of Overcoming Struggles in Life

✍️Write down 3 cases when you may have deprived someone of the opportunity to learn and grow. Think of examples such as helping a family member/co-worker, showing your power over children, etc.

WELCOME TO DAY 13! 🍂

Thank you for your commitment to this journey.

“In detachment lies the wisdom of uncertainty…in the wisdom of uncertainty lies the freedom from our past, from the known, which is the prison of past conditioning. And in our willingness to step into the unknown, the field of all possibilities, we surrender ourselves to the creative mind that orchestrates the dance of the universe.” -Deepak Chopra.

Throughout my adult life, I’ve come to understand that abundance meant something different to everyone and that each person strives to fulfil his or her goal of abundance according to his or her own belief system.

For some abundance is a lush forest or beautiful garden with abundant wildlife, and flowing clean rivers. For others, it could mean a beautiful sandy beach that runs on for miles, while for others it might be an endless stream of income.

To help you understand abundance and the Law of Detachment, today, we will learn how to abandon a desire to get a certain result.

I found it a bit difficult dealing with the law of Detachment, after being introduced to the laws of attraction many years ago by my friend Joy, made me understand the importance of letting go and letting in. Though trusting the process wasn’t easy! It took some time for me to realise that by detaching from that need of wanting a certain outcome, I could create clarity to see the outcome. This may sound crazy and you may not get it at first, I didn’t! But after a while, you will because as you grow into your own, the practice of detachment becomes second nature to you.

However you decide to approach today’s task and lesson, I ask that you open up your mind and heart to the possibilities of letting go.

✨✨ TODAY’S PHRASE✨✨

“As I let go of the need to arrange my life, the Universe brings abundant good to me.”Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

MEDITATION & MANTRA:🧘‍♀️

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Anadham Nama

✨Try to make time to listen to today’s meditation twice in a row.

🔈MEDITATION LINK:

Abundance comes in many forms. As long as you create through desires that benefit the whole world, you can get whatever you want.

Symbols of abundance: a big house, a new car or elaborate jewellery will bring waves of excitement into your life. And yet, these symbols may mean sacrificing the ocean for the sake of several transient waves.

“Live, overflowing with an abundance of love, passion, creativity, and significance, and then these symbols themselves will “chase” you.”

💥Dr. David Simon, Co-Founder of the Chopra Center.📘JOURNALRecord your thoughts on the following questions, in your journal:

❣️QUESTION 1: What symbols of abundance do you dream of?

❣️QUESTION 2: How could they improve both your life and others?

❣️QUESTION 3: How else will such abundance positively affect your life?

💫REFLECTIONSThink about your mom’s description from Day 11. Considering your life and your patterns of behaviour, what similarities do you see between you and your mom? What are they and how were they formed? Write these reflections in your notebook.

21 Day Mindful Meditation- Day 12

🌊WELCOME TO DAY 12!

💝 I hope you are being good to yourself throughout this journey. Remember, this is not a journey about self-judgement, it’s one of self-discovery!

Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible. ~Francis of Assisi

At the start of every year, many of you set forth intentions, in the form of New Year’s resolutions to take with you throughout the year. Intention is one of the most powerful forces in the Universe because your intentions will determine your outcome in life.

Today’s guided meditation had a resounding effect on me; thus far it was one that resonated with me the most because it hit home for me on so many levels. It brought me back to my roots and without giving too much away, all I’m going to say is, there’s something about the allure of ocean that brings peace to the soul! I hope the session will resonate with you as much as it did me.

Like the junky that I am, I listened to this audio several times, each time taking away a new message. I invite you to be kind to yourself, live without judging yourself and live your life with clear intent, surrender and use your imagination to create the abundance that you want in your life. May you be inspired in all that you do today!

✨✨ TODAY’S PHRASE ✨✨

“I place my intention into the vast ocean of all possibilities and allow the universe to work through me.”

✍️Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

21 Day Mindful Meditation- Day 9

WELCOME TO DAY 9! 💥 This is the lightest of all days, I do hope you enjoy this day and it brings you closer to self!

Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for. ~ Zig Zigler

I strongly believe in “each one, reach one,” approach to life. I’m grateful to everyone how have touched my life in one way or another through random acts of kindness. I have received an invite to 21 Days of Abundance from an acquaintance of mine, I’m also grateful to the person who passed it on to her because of this, I’m now able to pass on to so many others.

It is incredible to see how s decision made by another can have such an impacted on the lives of so many.

As WE venture deeper into our journey of abundance consciousness, I’ve found a newfound appreciation for the possibility and wealth of the “WE” factor. Look at what “WE” have accomplished! The energy that is activated with accountability, collaboration, and faith-in-action makes us wealthy.

Enjoy this light day of deep self-reflection, and know you never need to go it alone. As always, I am here for you. We are here for each other. We are on this journey together. Even in self-isolation, we are all connected.

✨✨TODAY’S PHRASE✨✨

“Today and every day, I give that which I want to receive.”

✍️Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

MEDITATION & MANTRA:🧘‍♀️✨
This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Vardanam Nama

🔈MEDITATION LINK:

✍️TASK
In your notebook, write 5 of your shortcomings / “flaws” that limit you; this is, the traits that do not allow you to receive what you want materially, or in any areas of abundance. Don’t be afraid to face your flaws, it’s often easier to see the flaws in others than in ourselves.

Do not write only from the mind, but rather from the heart. Acknowledge what these flaws are.

.

21 Day Mindful Meditation -Day 8

Welcome! 🌟“The practice of love offers no place of safety. We risk loss, hurt, pain. We risk being acted upon by forces outside our control.”
~Bell Hooks

Congratulations on entering the second week in the journey. I hope thus far you’re feeling some grounding, personal growth, gratitude, abundance.

May we all continue to enjoy the journey, and may fortune always favour us with an abundant mindset amidst the chaos that surrounds us. May we always to choose love each other and in the process learn to love ourselves!

Investing my energy into money contributions, treating someone for a meal, volunteering my time and donating material items has always come easy to me because I’m always open and receptive to positive things. Looking at it from the perspective of giving, I’ve always practised energy exchange for abundancy. However, this receipt practice was new for me and I am very excited about it. This was a fun session and something completely new to me. I was introduced to it during 21 Day Meditation practice las year and it made me realize that over the years, purchasing anything, whether is was food, household products, clothing, paying my rent, Utility bills, etc were investments in myself and family. Through these investments of energy(my time and money), I’m expressing love not only for myself, but also love for my family and friends.

By doing this, we should claim seven times for the good of all concerned.

✨✨ PHRASE OF THE DAY ✨✨

“Through the law of pure potentiality, I can create anything, anytime, anywhere.”

📘Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

MEDITATION & MANTRA🧘‍♀️

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Bhavan Nama

MEDITATION LINK:

TASK
Find at least 5 receipts of recent purchases (Since the lockdown last year I have plenty, maybe we all do)

✍️Write on each of them: “All that is invested is good and will return to itself seven times.”

💰Receipts can be of any type: grocery store, restaurant, personal items, car, health, hairdresser, entertainment, etc. If your purchase receipts are electronic, you may create a paper receipt by writing the amount, date, and to whom you paid on a piece of paper.

Remember, it’s important not only what you write, but also the energy you are transmitting when you write it.

Words have power. They help our minds build new programming and therefore create a new reality.

21 Day Mindful Meditation- Day 7

WELCOME TO DAY 7!  ☀️Congratulations on your continued commitment to cultivating abundance.

I would like to express my gratitude to anyone who is still on this journey. Even if you are not on this journey, I express gratitude to you for visiting my blog.

I commend your courage, dedication and commitment to breaking through barriers by sticking with it!I once read that nothing happens by accident when your soul gets involved.

Perhaps that’s the difference between serendipity (a “pleasant surprise”) and synchronicity (“meaningful coincidences”).

The more we delve into our unique and beautiful souls, the more we will experience synchronicity vibrations which will indicate to us that know we’re on our true path.

All we have to do is show up and show out in a way that allows us to learn from or experiences, to move through it and to really feel what we need to feel to enhance our personal growth. As Deepak Chopra indicates in this meditation segment mind matter and spirit work together to manifest abundance and that our source of abundance is unlimited and eternal.

Continue to live in Gratitude and Abundance🥰

✨✨PHRASE OF THE DAY: ✨✨

“I use my conscious intention to manifest my dreams”Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

MEDITATION & MANTRA🧘‍♀️

🔈MEDITATION LINK:

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Sat Chit Ananda

✍️TASK

Create a list of people that make you feel uncomfortable. This might include people from the list of the first day, i.e. those who have pushed you to grow and have brought something meaningful to your life.

Here, we are talking about the energy of discomfort.

It can be your relatives or people who are now far from you.

Your litmus test here is a feeling of discomfort, “I feel uncomfortable”Include the person even if you only feel, occasionally, uncomfortable with communicating with this person.

For example, it can be neighbours, employees, bosses, family members, members of the government.

Remember that these people may trigger you, and at the same time, may also be your teachers or mentors.

Examples: I included on my list former bosses. One made me feel uncomfortable because she was always pushing me in terms of expanding my knowledge and skills. Hindsight, she saw my potential when I didn’t. The other made me uncomfortable because in a toxic way she was always very critical of my work and never encouraged growth of any kind. Both made me feel discomfort but in different ways.

21 Day Mindful Meditation- Day 6

DAY 6!  🌈Welcome and Congratulations to any of you that felt led to create your own abundance group!

If it was a “NO” to start your own group. That’s perfectly ok. This blog will always be open if you decide to do it later. No judgement on whatever you decided to do.

Thank you for still being here. This practice is meant to be enjoyed and to be of benefit to you without pressure. Remember if at any time you decide to end the journey, please feel free to do so without judgement to self. We’re all at a different place in our lives right now!

If you have decided to start your group here are a few tips.

✅schedule the days ahead of time, using my copy and editing it for your own voice (or not!)

✅ set it to go out automatically in the morning to make the running of your group as efficient as possible (after you paste or write your copy, look for a button next to ‘post’ that says ‘schedule’ and you’ll be all set).

✅ intros are optional – If you choose to do an intro, here’s where you can make it your voice and style or use what is written.

✅Please keep the core lessons, tasks, mantras, and audio recordings as they are, just updating the due dates as appropriate. After a couple of days, you will be in the flow with ease. It will be another source of satisfaction and awareness for you!

✅Again, if you have questions about operating your group, please private message me.

✨✨Now let’s continue on with DAY 6✨✨

Today’s task is the longest in our journey and likely the most writing you’ll be doing in this process. I believe there is magic when we transfer thoughts onto paper it makes your desires more tangible.

You will need some time but don’t worry if you can’t finish it in one sitting, do the tasks in steps. You can start in the morning and work on it throughout the day! 😊

Before starting, sit comfortably; relax, inhale and then exhaling several times slowly and deeply through the nose.

As a reminder, one can experience discomfort and/or resistance to some tasks, and it is completely fine and normal!

This journey highlights our blocks and negative programming clearly so that we can see what is stopping us from living the abundant life that we both deserve and desire.

Know that you are all doing amazing work; keep the momentum going! Abundance is about more than just money, yet our relationship with money is too often a blockage to abundance. With abundance, comes the opportunity to share your “wealth” with others.

With abundance comes peace of mind. I invite you to keep your mind open to the meaning of this exercise.

MEDITATION & MANTRA:🧘‍♀️

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation:
“Ram… ram… ram…”

PHRASE OF THE DAY:
📘Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.“Everything I desire is within me!”

🔈MEDITATION LINK:

✍️Part 1: Write the following statement 6 times in your notebook by hand. If you have questions about the phrasing, reach out to me personally.

🎤Part 2: Record yourself reading this statement with soul, expression and sense of attachment (i.e., with sincerity… on audio or video).

STATEMENT❣️“I, (full name), am starting a new relationship with money today.

💷Money is good, useful, pure and necessary for my prosperity and growth; for my satisfaction and abundance.

💷Money brings positive things to my life. The success I experience in life brings me financial rewards and happiness, for me and my loved ones. I deserve to be prosperous and have money in abundance.

💷Money is my friend and the value of my investments is growing every day.

💷Success and money accompany me, here and now.

⭐️I ask my parents, grandparents, and ancestors back to the very origins of my family, who had difficulties due to lack of money, to bless me as I choose to live differently.

⭐️And “I ask all my prosperous forebearers, to inspire me to live in abundance and prosperity.”

✨✨Have an amazing day!! ✨✨
