Success is ritualistic. The best way to make big changes in your life is through a series of little changes to your daily ritual. Many people make the mistake of trying to do everything at once, making huge changes in their lives all at once only to be disappointed when they burn out mid-flight. Orpah didn’t become a brand overnight, it took Usain Bolt many many wins to become a world champion overnight. They both did small acts, created small rituals for themselves to help them to get to where they wanted to be. Top of their field!

This subject is probably the most OVERWORKED subject on the internet today, ‘Thankfulness,’ ‘Gratitude,’ ‘Mindfulness.’ I had reservations about this subject and wondered is I shouldn’t have chosen ‘Throwback Thursday’ instead of Thankful Thursday.
