12 Day Mindful Meditation – Day 16

WELCOME TO DAY 16! 🏵 I feel nothing but gratitude for you as we continue on this Journey………

“If the only prayer you said was thank you, that would be enough.” -Meister Eckhart

Today is all about gratitude! With less than a week left together! It doesn’t matter where you are in your journey Day 2, Day 10, Day 16 – keep it going! The benefits are incredible. This is more than an abundance journey it is one of growth and reflection. One of mindfulness and forgiveness.

All of which we are finding out is the key to our unlimited abundancy. In these last few days of the challenge more space is given for personal reflection as we continue the practice of self-inquiry.

Each day we are looking inward, to reflect on the energy we all share, the abundance of thoughtfulness, care and love we each can experience in these exercises – take a moment to reflect on that, we are all doing this together, you are never alone. ❣️

📘 Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day. “Today I remember to be grateful.”

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Vardhanam Nama

Make a list of all the things that you have always wanted to do but have postponed, at least until now.

This could be because of other priorities, the fear of hurting someone, or the fear of failing. Regardless of the reason, these are things that you still plan on doing.

The idea of writing this list is to forgive yourself for everything that you have not done in your life.👉For each line on your list, write a text of forgiveness based on examples below:

❣️I, full name, forgive myself absolutely and lovingly for… not graduating from university.

❣️I, full name, forgive myself absolutely and lovingly… that I did not show my vulnerability.

✨Write down anything and everything you want, without limitation. Remember the Universe is limitless and that which you are seeking is also seeking you.

21 Day Mindful Meditation- Day 15

“Like attracts like. Hate brings hate and all the ills that follow in its wake. Envy and fear and worry attract discord and disease. If you want health, happiness, in your life, if you are seeking riches and success, attune your thoughts to these. BLESS the circumstances that surround you. Bless and praise those who come in contact with you. Bless even the difficulties you meet, for by blessing them, you can change them from discordant conditions to favourable ones, you can speed up their rate of activity to where they will bring you good instead of evil.” -Robert Collier

This quote is one of my favourites, it’s always are a reminder to me that in order to receive, I must first give. This is the final week of our journey and what a wonderful one it has been. I am so proud of you and I truly appreciate you! Thank you for the feedback, I’m happy that you saw the opportunity in taking the challenge and stuck with it.

Today we celebrate YOU! We celebrate what each of us has been able to afford so far! As well as, our awareness of the abundance we have experienced every day! We celebrate the openness to the abundance we desire and dream of while living the magic of Synchrodestiny.

As we move into today’s lesson, open your hearts and minds to everything you have learned so far. Remind yourself of all the possibilities of the banquet of the universe because everything you can imagine has already been created.

“As I live in present moment awareness, I live the magic of Synchrodestiny.”

📘Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Aham Bramasmi

Write this letter by hand, on a separate piece of paper, of gratitude and recognition to a person who you think “hurt” you at some point in life. Begin by meditating, so that an image of this person comes to you. More than one person may appear, yet for today, you are only writing one letter.

It is important not to feel any hostility towards this person, so be sure to cleanse yourself of any negative emotions. If you find that you are still angry or resentful, write down all of these feelings on a separate piece of paper and then tear the sheet into shreds and/or burn them.

21 Day Mindful Meditation – Day 14

“Next to love, fear is one of the most powerful emotions that exists. We cannot tap into what is for us and live in our purpose without releasing the fear that keeps us from finding our reason for being.” ~Yvette Treco

For those who are catching up or have taken a break and have now decided to pick up where you left off –Welcome back!

Today is a favourite for many who have come before you on this same journey. Think for a moment about a world where each of us lives in our purpose. What would that world look like? How would that reality be different than the one we live in now? Take a deep breath and dive into this abundance!

“There is a way I can fulfil my true purpose in life.”

✍️Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Varunam Nama

🙏MESSAGE Abundance and the Law of DharmaToday we are completing the second week of the 21-day meditation program of the Chopra Center – KEY TO ABUNDANCE.

Over the past week, we have examined abundance in terms of the principles described Deepak’s book, “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success,” from the Law of Pure Potentiality to the Dharma Law today.

When your life is full of true purpose, your dharma, or abundance, rushes toward you easily and effortlessly.

As the saying goes: “Do what you love, the money will be.”

It is not only about material wealth, but also about satisfaction, confidence, optimism, and joy. All of the manifestations of abundance will come to you if you live your true purpose in life.

📘JOURNALRecord your thoughts in your journal:

QUESTION 1: What brings you the most joy?

QUESTION 2: How do you feel this joy in your everyday life and in your current work?

QUESTION 3: How can you approach a life full of joy, by living your Dharma or life’s dream?

Enjoy this day, noticing the generous gifts of the world that surround us, seek us, and ask us to notice and accept them. Seek, find, accept and give thanks for each of them.At the end of the day, write down at least three paths/sources through which abundance has come to you today. Even if it was something very small.

❣️The Importance of Overcoming Struggles in Life

✍️Write down 3 cases when you may have deprived someone of the opportunity to learn and grow. Think of examples such as helping a family member/co-worker, showing your power over children, etc.

Thank you for your commitment to this journey.

“In detachment lies the wisdom of uncertainty…in the wisdom of uncertainty lies the freedom from our past, from the known, which is the prison of past conditioning. And in our willingness to step into the unknown, the field of all possibilities, we surrender ourselves to the creative mind that orchestrates the dance of the universe.” -Deepak Chopra.

Throughout my adult life, I’ve come to understand that abundance meant something different to everyone and that each person strives to fulfil his or her goal of abundance according to his or her own belief system.

For some abundance is a lush forest or beautiful garden with abundant wildlife, and flowing clean rivers. For others, it could mean a beautiful sandy beach that runs on for miles, while for others it might be an endless stream of income.

To help you understand abundance and the Law of Detachment, today, we will learn how to abandon a desire to get a certain result.

I found it a bit difficult dealing with the law of Detachment, after being introduced to the laws of attraction many years ago by my friend Joy, made me understand the importance of letting go and letting in. Though trusting the process wasn’t easy! It took some time for me to realise that by detaching from that need of wanting a certain outcome, I could create clarity to see the outcome. This may sound crazy and you may not get it at first, I didn’t! But after a while, you will because as you grow into your own, the practice of detachment becomes second nature to you.

However you decide to approach today’s task and lesson, I ask that you open up your mind and heart to the possibilities of letting go.

“As I let go of the need to arrange my life, the Universe brings abundant good to me.”Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Anadham Nama

✨Try to make time to listen to today’s meditation twice in a row.

Abundance comes in many forms. As long as you create through desires that benefit the whole world, you can get whatever you want.

Symbols of abundance: a big house, a new car or elaborate jewellery will bring waves of excitement into your life. And yet, these symbols may mean sacrificing the ocean for the sake of several transient waves.

“Live, overflowing with an abundance of love, passion, creativity, and significance, and then these symbols themselves will “chase” you.”

💥Dr. David Simon, Co-Founder of the Chopra Center.📘JOURNALRecord your thoughts on the following questions, in your journal:

❣️QUESTION 1: What symbols of abundance do you dream of?

❣️QUESTION 2: How could they improve both your life and others?

❣️QUESTION 3: How else will such abundance positively affect your life?

💫REFLECTIONSThink about your mom’s description from Day 11. Considering your life and your patterns of behaviour, what similarities do you see between you and your mom? What are they and how were they formed? Write these reflections in your notebook.

21 Day Mindful Meditation- Day 12

💝 I hope you are being good to yourself throughout this journey. Remember, this is not a journey about self-judgement, it’s one of self-discovery!

Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible. ~Francis of Assisi

At the start of every year, many of you set forth intentions, in the form of New Year’s resolutions to take with you throughout the year. Intention is one of the most powerful forces in the Universe because your intentions will determine your outcome in life.

Today’s guided meditation had a resounding effect on me; thus far it was one that resonated with me the most because it hit home for me on so many levels. It brought me back to my roots and without giving too much away, all I’m going to say is, there’s something about the allure of ocean that brings peace to the soul! I hope the session will resonate with you as much as it did me.

Like the junky that I am, I listened to this audio several times, each time taking away a new message. I invite you to be kind to yourself, live without judging yourself and live your life with clear intent, surrender and use your imagination to create the abundance that you want in your life. May you be inspired in all that you do today!

“I place my intention into the vast ocean of all possibilities and allow the universe to work through me.”

✍️Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

Attention energizes; intention transforms. In today’s meditation, we will look at the Law of Intention and Desire.

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Ritam Namah

📘Reflect on the following questions and record your impressions in your journal:

QUESTION 1: What is your highest intention in life?

QUESTION 2: What can you do to make this happen?

QUESTION 3: How will this intention best serve you and others?

21 Day Mindful Mediation Day 11

Every thought you produce, anything you say, any action you do, it bears your signature
~Thich Nhat Hanh

I love this quote, it’s a great reminder to all of us that our thoughts and actions is our legacy. We have a saying back home, “what you give to the world you can’t take back,” but we should be mindful of not only what our thoughts and actions saying about us but also what they are attracting in our lives. As I sometimes go through life, my awareness is always -“What am I doing? and Why am I doing this?” It took me a number of years, too many if I wish to be honest, to accept that my life was the result of my own thoughts and actions!

Today’s task may be difficult for some, as deep self-reflection can stir up so much inside of us. Don’t judge yourself too harshly, we are all in this journey together, discovering, learning and most importantly accepting! I spend a lot of time reflecting, it helps me to centre myself when things seem to be going in all different directions at once.

Today’s lesson starts to tap into our roots bringing awareness that we all are a result of the lives of our ancestors. We can choose to keep what serves us and to discard what does not. That takes effort. It takes recognizing in the first place what it is that you want and then to focus energy and attention to that outcome, remembering that every thought you produce, anything you say, any action you do, bears your signature!

“I expect and accept abundance to flow easily to me”

📘Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Daksham Nama

MEDITATION: In today’s meditation, we will look at the Law of Least Effort and how it can support you in being unattached to the outcome of your deepest desires and intentions. When you let go of what you were taught and take that leap of faith, your personal world of abundance will create. When your actions are motivated by love, your energy is multiplied and accumulated. The release of this energy allows you to redirect it and use it to create everything that you want to create. When your spirit is your inner point of reference, all the power of love is at your disposal and you can use this energy creatively, moving toward abundance and evolution.

📘Record your responses in your journal to these questions:

✅Question 1: According to your conviction, how hard should you work to enjoy true abundance?

✅Question 2: In what areas of your life would you like to get more abundance?

✅Question 3: What changes should you make to release your desires into the space of universal consciousness – the source of all abundance?

TASK- In honour of creation, Please describe your mom (or mother figure in your life) in your notebook.
– Positive aspects
– How she inspires
– Limitations
– What did you learn from her?
– What brought you together?
– What separated/distanced you?♥️

If you are unable to connect with your mother (or mother figure) anymore or ever and if your mother has left this earthly world, then focus on an image or her image and write what rises in your memory and feelings.

“To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.”
~Oscar Wilde

What is it that makes a life? Are you choosing the life you are meant to live?

Even amidst the Chaos, we are invited with full consciousness to play in that field of glorious possibilities. Imagine making it to such a field, lying down and not recognizing the beauty and splendour that surrounds you, moving through that field without any awareness or gratitude for what it offers.

Now flip the script and imagine how empowering it is to gain awareness to know that every decision you make or have made will lead you to the life you truly want and deserve.

Throughout your lives, even when you have made the decision to not do something, you made a choice. If you came to a fork in the road and decided to stay in the middle, you have made that choice. So why no decision beneficial to your wellbeing? Choose to live without comparison, don’t compare yourself to others, instead compare yourself to your OWN vision of what makes a life and hold onto that consciousness. I really love this reflection today on the Law of Karma and conscious decision-making.

📘Write this in your journal. Keep this in mind today, remembering and saying it often during the day. “Today I make great choices because they are made with full awareness.“

Start as early as possible so there is more opportunity to repeat this phrase throughout the day.

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Kriam Nama

🔈TASK – Part I

Listen to today’s meditation at least three times, for it discusses the Law of Karma or conscious decision-making. In this, we see how we can bring much more good into our lives by making the “right” choices. When you make any choice, you may ask yourself: how will this choice bring more happiness and more abundance to my life and those around me?Having asked this question, shift your attention to the heart, and the answer will immediately become clear.

By practising conscious decision-making in this way, you will learn to observe your thoughts and make decisions that are more favourable to you.

✍️Write your answers to the following questions in your journal:

Question 1: How do you make decisions?

Question 2: How have your decisions affected your life?

Question 3: How can you make a more conscious choice?

I suggest sitting with them a few minutes in meditation, deeply listening to your inner response before writing down your answers.

❣️TASK – Part II

From yesterday’s list of shortcomings, choose two things that limit you.

Establish a program for yourself by writing down at least two specific daily actions that “remedy” the shortcoming, reduce its deficiency, or realize that there is a plus side to this trait and start using it to your advantage.

Afterwards, immediately begin to act on your program.

For example: if one of your flaws is being “ungrateful” or “complaining,” you can establish a daily journaling habit of writing down all that you’re grateful for — and immediately start by listing what you are grateful for right now!

🙏I am so happy and grateful that you have made a conscious decision to continue on this journey with me!

21 Day Mindful Meditation -Day 8

Welcome! 🌟“The practice of love offers no place of safety. We risk loss, hurt, pain. We risk being acted upon by forces outside our control.”
~Bell Hooks

Congratulations on entering the second week in the journey. I hope thus far you’re feeling some grounding, personal growth, gratitude, abundance.

May we all continue to enjoy the journey, and may fortune always favour us with an abundant mindset amidst the chaos that surrounds us. May we always to choose love each other and in the process learn to love ourselves!

Investing my energy into money contributions, treating someone for a meal, volunteering my time and donating material items has always come easy to me because I’m always open and receptive to positive things. Looking at it from the perspective of giving, I’ve always practised energy exchange for abundancy. However, this receipt practice was new for me and I am very excited about it. This was a fun session and something completely new to me. I was introduced to it during 21 Day Meditation practice las year and it made me realize that over the years, purchasing anything, whether is was food, household products, clothing, paying my rent, Utility bills, etc were investments in myself and family. Through these investments of energy(my time and money), I’m expressing love not only for myself, but also love for my family and friends.

By doing this, we should claim seven times for the good of all concerned.

“Through the law of pure potentiality, I can create anything, anytime, anywhere.”

📘Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Om Bhavan Nama

Find at least 5 receipts of recent purchases (Since the lockdown last year I have plenty, maybe we all do)

✍️Write on each of them: “All that is invested is good and will return to itself seven times.”

💰Receipts can be of any type: grocery store, restaurant, personal items, car, health, hairdresser, entertainment, etc. If your purchase receipts are electronic, you may create a paper receipt by writing the amount, date, and to whom you paid on a piece of paper.

Remember, it’s important not only what you write, but also the energy you are transmitting when you write it.

Words have power. They help our minds build new programming and therefore create a new reality.

21 Day Mindful Meditation- Day 7

WELCOME TO DAY 7!  ☀️Congratulations on your continued commitment to cultivating abundance.

I would like to express my gratitude to anyone who is still on this journey. Even if you are not on this journey, I express gratitude to you for visiting my blog.

I commend your courage, dedication and commitment to breaking through barriers by sticking with it!I once read that nothing happens by accident when your soul gets involved.

Perhaps that’s the difference between serendipity (a “pleasant surprise”) and synchronicity (“meaningful coincidences”).

The more we delve into our unique and beautiful souls, the more we will experience synchronicity vibrations which will indicate to us that know we’re on our true path.

All we have to do is show up and show out in a way that allows us to learn from or experiences, to move through it and to really feel what we need to feel to enhance our personal growth. As Deepak Chopra indicates in this meditation segment mind matter and spirit work together to manifest abundance and that our source of abundance is unlimited and eternal.

Continue to live in Gratitude and Abundance🥰

“I use my conscious intention to manifest my dreams”Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

This is the Sanskrit Mantra you will repeat during meditation: Sat Chit Ananda

Create a list of people that make you feel uncomfortable. This might include people from the list of the first day, i.e. those who have pushed you to grow and have brought something meaningful to your life.

Here, we are talking about the energy of discomfort.

It can be your relatives or people who are now far from you.

Your litmus test here is a feeling of discomfort, “I feel uncomfortable”Include the person even if you only feel, occasionally, uncomfortable with communicating with this person.

For example, it can be neighbours, employees, bosses, family members, members of the government.

Remember that these people may trigger you, and at the same time, may also be your teachers or mentors.

Examples: I included on my list former bosses. One made me feel uncomfortable because she was always pushing me in terms of expanding my knowledge and skills. Hindsight, she saw my potential when I didn’t. The other made me uncomfortable because in a toxic way she was always very critical of my work and never encouraged growth of any kind. Both made me feel discomfort but in different ways.

21 Day Mindful Meditation- Day 5

Welcome to DAY 5! 💕 Congratulations you’ve made it to our 5th day!“

Those who attack do not know they are blessed. They attack because they believe they are deprived. Give, therefore, of your abundance, and teach your brothers [and sisters] theirs. Do not share their illusions of scarcity, or you will perceive yourself as lacking.”-A Course in Miracles

Take a deep breath, TRUST that even amidst all the current chaos, you have the time and resources to explore this next adventure. This next project can be a bit intimidating for some but it feels so good to see you all here and to know you’re following along your OWN path to abundance.

Keep in mind that if you are not in a place where you feel like you are ready to share this practice with others, that is perfectly ok. Personally, I understand that everyone is on their own timing and I believe that we should all stick with this with whatever decision you make. Give yourself Grace.

Regardless of how you approach today’s task ❤️ Stick with it! Do not quit the journey.

Please write the phrase and do the meditation with whatever decision you make! 😊 And know that you are appreciated!

PHRASE OF THE DAY: Write this in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day. “Today I embrace my potential to be, do, and have whatever I can dream.”

This is the Mantra you will repeat during meditation: “Sat Chit Ananda”

MESSAGE OF THE DAY: Today we will penetrate the field of all possibilities, appearing in the silence of meditation. The unlimited power of the universe is always at your disposal. By making intuitive decisions rooted in this unified field, you can express your deepest desires.

In your everyday life, continue to cultivate silence. Spend more time in nature; immerse yourself in beautiful music; listen to uplifting and inspiring stories; and surround yourself with optimistic, like-minded people. By doing this, you will see how the field of all possibilities is widely revealed in front of you to help your dreams come true.

Today’s task is based on the law of ENERGY EXCHANGE.

EVERYTHING is made of energy.

And we are constantly exchanging energy with one another.

Energy does not disappear. It simply changes form.

  • If someone has departed, then someone has arrived.
  • If you send something out, then something will return to you.
  • If you want to achieve balance, learn to give AND receive.

Today’s exercise is up to you.

If you do not feel ready, that is fine! We’ll see you tomorrow with Day 6 Meditation 💛

Right now, I suggest doing your meditation FIRST before diving into reading about the task!!

For those who would like to create your own group, today’s task is completely devoted to the EXCHANGE. And, it is a tremendous turning point in our journey!

Starting today, YOU are given the opportunity to be responsible for your very own abundance group on any social media platform or blog as I’ve done here.

Yes – you read that correctly!

It does not have to be big or encompass all your FB friends or WhatsApp group invites. It might be 2-3 people, though they do say it takes the same amount of effort to accomplish something small, as it does to accomplish something big.

Every day, YOU will conduct your group through tasks from 0 to 21 days, just like you get, and will continue to receive from me. Today, however, you are creating your group and sending “Task 0” How do you open a group?

  1. Choose a profile photo that symbolizes abundance to you
  2. Name the group “21 Days of Abundance” or another name that works for you
  3. Invite your friends, family, community…
  4. Explain the intention of the group and say that there will be daily tasks
  5. Copy, edit and send the daily messages I am posting or create your own message

You can edit to fit your personality, or simply use my messages; however, the tasks and meditations MUST remain the same! You can either copy and edit directly into your social media group or Text or WhatsApp, or paste into Notes, WORD, or anywhere else you feel comfortable rewriting and crafting the copy to incorporate your personal style and language. And remember, it is perfectly fine to use my posts. Just be sure to use the correct dates, etc.

  • Be advised, you can either download the files from youtube.

This is about sharing Abundance!

✨✨Now, read the next section carefully✨✨

Invite everyone!

Do not decide for other people whether it will be interesting to them or not.

Perhaps it is this flow of plenty that they need right now. Perhaps it is this community while we all practice social distancing.

And YOU will be the conductor of abundance in the lives of these beautiful people!

Potential participants must be prepared to become part of such a process.

We are all free to make our own choices. For me, this became a practice of letting go and finding wisdom in knowing that each person was doing exactly what was right for them.

I schedule the posts ahead of time, when I find the time

For some, this task may seem extremely difficult due to the extra effort that will have to be made, or because of fear of failure or fear of the unknown or the fear of “how it looks”. Whatever that voice is, I challenge, encourage, and invite you to break through that barrier.

It helps to realize one’s fears, doubts, and limitations that interfere with growth.

In full transparency, I was excited to share this as I was looking for a way to show people abundancy. As for the person who initially invited me she questioned whether she had enough emotional energy and the capacity to commit to facilitating this during this pandemic.

And then she challenged herself- which has been rewarding. Everyone is in a different frame of mind and that is ok.

It has been very moving and inspiring to see who put their hand up and committed to this journey – and it has been incredibly rewarding reconnecting with so many of you.

A lot of people will send you reasons why NOT – but YOU will have created a space for why YES! Let the love in your heart expand because you can contribute to the well-being of others.

OPTIONAL: Consider setting-up your “Day 0” for Saturday or Sunday, so that your Day 1 falls on a Sunday or Monday. For many people, starting on a Sunday or Monday will feel like a good, fresh start to their week, and to this journey.

Even so, create your group today and put out a general post letting people know that you are launching a “21 Days of Abundance” group, just as I did with my initial post. Again, keep in mind, if you are not in a place where you feel like you are ready to do this, it’s ok.

💛 Give yourself Grace. Do not quit this journey, keep on the path to a more abundant life for you! Remember, completing this task is not obligatory. If you choose to skip it, see you on day 6! Stick with me here, regardless of how you approach today’s task ❤️
