Meditation is your time-out with yourself. It isn’t a house party, and there is no law saying how you must feel. Keep a journal and write down how you feel before and after each meditation session. Maintain a beginner’s mind and, most importantly, connect with other like-minded people who can embrace, nourish, and support you during your practice and daily life. ― Ntathu Allen
The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts: therefore, guard accordingly, and take care that you entertain no notions unsuitable to virtue and reasonable nature. ~Marcus Aurelius
We each aspire to attain that feeling of true happiness. We may experience mood swings caused extreme sadness and grief to depression and loneliness but our craving for happiness is always present. Our thoughts are powerful, they control how we react to what life throws at us. Though it’s something we crave, we struggle to attain happiness because life is unpredictable and it’s easy to be crippled by the sadness, grief, depression and loneliness that comes from life events or situations we may find ourselves having to confront.
You really should make a radical change in your lifestyle and begin to boldly do things which you may previously never have thought of doing, or been too hesitant to attempt. So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more damaging to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future. The very basic core of a man’s living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
WELCOME TO DAY 20! You’re almost at the end of your journey, congratulations!
We live in a society where luxury is a sign of wealth, where wealth is so often associated with money and the love of money is the root of ALL evil!
Today’s lesson intends change that paradigm about luxury and abundance many of us were raised into. Everything you’ve learned to this point will come together and hopefully provide more clarity for you because it balances the scales on abundance vs. material goods.
God/ The Universe did not believe in scarcity, if she/he did, there would only be one type of flower, one type of bird, one type of tree! But there are 4 million flower, some yet to be discovered, and 20,000 butterflies! We are surrounded by unlimited abundance and prosperity.
Starting from today allow yourself to seek out daily, the luxury that surrounds you! Let your joy build you up and give you the energy to share with others.
TODAY’S PHRASE
Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day. “Today, I treat myself with moments of luxury.”

TASK
Scroll through your journal, read the tasks you’ve performed.See if there is something that you missed. Would you like to supplement anything in light of your new awareness?
Think about someone in your life and/or environment who seems to be unhappy or going through a challenging time. This person may complain often and have a generally negative view of life. It could be someone from the 7th-day list or someone else.
Share the parable from Day 19 with this person and write down what happens in your journal.
How did you feel sharing the parable with him/her?
What thoughts, associations, sensations arose in the process?
Did they answer?
Did you talk about it?
What did you discuss?
You never know whose life you can impact and shift when you share with them what you’ve learned.
MESSAGE “Live on the fat of the land.” Today we look at the concept of luxury, adding to your life something that is much more significant than just a necessity. When you feel that you are worthy to receive all the blessings that the Universe can offer you, your needs are satisfied easily and even more than necessary.
As soon as you learn to accept the grace that has been sent to you, you are showing the universe that you deserve only the best and are ready to receive it.
QUESTION 1: How is luxury manifested in your life?
QUESTION 2: What luxurious gifts do you present yourself?
WELCOME TO DAY 19! It’s important to love others but it’s more important to love yourself!
One day soon everything will be ok. Take a few minutes out of your today to truly reflect all that’s happening around you just now. Look at the events in your life (both good and what you feel are bad), and consider these words “This Too Shall Pass.”
TODAYS’ PHRASE
“Today, I remember to love everything and everyone I come into contact with.” Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

TASK
Read the parable below at least twice and then write down your thoughts and feelings in your notebook.
Moreover, today *SHARE* your thoughts in the COMMENTS answering this question: What does this parable mean to you?
PARABLE
-This Too Shall Pass-
There was a king and he once said to the court sages, “I have a ring with one of the finest diamonds in the world and I want to hide a message under the stone that can be useful in a situation of extreme despair. I will give this ring to my heirs and I want it to serve them faithfully. Think of what kind of message should be there. It must be very short to fit in the ring.”
The sages knew how to write treatises, but did not express themselves in one short sentence. They thought and thought, but did not come up with anything.
The king complained about the failure of his venture to a faithful old servant who raised him from infancy and was part of the family. And the old man said to him:
“I’m not a sage, I’m not educated, but I know such a message. For many years spent in the palace, I met a lot of people. And once I served a visiting mystic whom your father invited. And he gave me this message. I ask that you don’t read it now. Save it under the stone and open it only when there’s no way out at all.
The king listened to the old servant.
After some time, the enemies attacked the country and the king lost the war. He fled on his horse and his enemies pursued him. He was alone, his enemies were many. He rode to the end of the road. There was a huge deep cliff before him; if he fell there, it would be the end.
He could not go back, as the enemies were approaching. He already heard the clatter of their horses’ hooves. He had no way out. He was in complete despair.
And then he remembered the ring. He opened it and found an inscription: “This too shall pass”
After reading the message, he felt that everything was quiet. Apparently, the pursuers got lost and proceeded in the wrong direction. Horses were no longer heard.
The king was filled with gratitude to the servant and the unknown mystic. The words were powerful. He closed the ring and set out on the road. He gathered his army and returned to his state.
On the day when he returned to the palace, they arranged a magnificent meeting, a feast for the whole world – the people loved their king. The king was happy and proud.
An old servant came up to him and said softly: “Even at this moment, look at the message again.”The King said, “Now I am a winner, people are celebrating my return, I’m not in despair, not in a hopeless situation.”“Listen to this old servant,” the servant answered. “The message works not only in moments when everything is bad but also in moments of victory.
”The king opened the ring and read: “This too shall pass.”
And again he felt a silence fall over him, although he was in the midst of a noisy dancing crowd. His pride dissolved. He understood the message. He was a wise man.
And then the old man said to the king: “Do you remember everything that happened to you? Nothing and no feeling is permanent. As night changes day, so moments of joy and despair replace each other. Accept them as the nature of things, as part of life.”
WELCOME TO DAY 16! I feel nothing but gratitude for you as we continue on this Journey………
“If the only prayer you said was thank you, that would be enough.” -Meister Eckhart
Today is all about gratitude! With less than a week left together! It doesn’t matter where you are in your journey Day 2, Day 10, Day 16 – keep it going! The benefits are incredible. This is more than an abundance journey it is one of growth and reflection. One of mindfulness and forgiveness.
All of which we are finding out is the key to our unlimited abundancy. In these last few days of the challenge more space is given for personal reflection as we continue the practice of self-inquiry.
Each day we are looking inward, to reflect on the energy we all share, the abundance of thoughtfulness, care and love we each can experience in these exercises – take a moment to reflect on that, we are all doing this together, you are never alone.
TODAY’S PHRASE
Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day. “Today I remember to be grateful.”
MEDITATION & MANTRA

TASK
Make a list of all the things that you have always wanted to do but have postponed, at least until now.
This could be because of other priorities, the fear of hurting someone, or the fear of failing. Regardless of the reason, these are things that you still plan on doing.
The idea of writing this list is to forgive yourself for everything that you have not done in your life. For each line on your list, write a text of forgiveness based on examples below:
I, full name, forgive myself absolutely and lovingly for… not graduating from university.
I, full name, forgive myself absolutely and lovingly… that I did not show my vulnerability.
Write down anything and everything you want, without limitation. Remember the Universe is limitless and that which you are seeking is also seeking you.
“Like attracts like. Hate brings hate and all the ills that follow in its wake. Envy and fear and worry attract discord and disease. If you want health, happiness, in your life, if you are seeking riches and success, attune your thoughts to these. BLESS the circumstances that surround you. Bless and praise those who come in contact with you. Bless even the difficulties you meet, for by blessing them, you can change them from discordant conditions to favourable ones, you can speed up their rate of activity to where they will bring you good instead of evil.” -Robert Collier
This quote is one of my favourites, it’s always are a reminder to me that in order to receive, I must first give. This is the final week of our journey and what a wonderful one it has been. I am so proud of you and I truly appreciate you! Thank you for the feedback, I’m happy that you saw the opportunity in taking the challenge and stuck with it.
Today we celebrate YOU! We celebrate what each of us has been able to afford so far! As well as, our awareness of the abundance we have experienced every day! We celebrate the openness to the abundance we desire and dream of while living the magic of Synchrodestiny.
As we move into today’s lesson, open your hearts and minds to everything you have learned so far. Remind yourself of all the possibilities of the banquet of the universe because everything you can imagine has already been created.
TODAY’S PHRASE
“As I live in present moment awareness, I live the magic of Synchrodestiny.”

TASK
Write this letter by hand, on a separate piece of paper, of gratitude and recognition to a person who you think “hurt” you at some point in life. Begin by meditating, so that an image of this person comes to you. More than one person may appear, yet for today, you are only writing one letter.
It is important not to feel any hostility towards this person, so be sure to cleanse yourself of any negative emotions. If you find that you are still angry or resentful, write down all of these feelings on a separate piece of paper and then tear the sheet into shreds and/or burn them.
“Next to love, fear is one of the most powerful emotions that exists. We cannot tap into what is for us and live in our purpose without releasing the fear that keeps us from finding our reason for being.” ~Yvette Treco
For those who are catching up or have taken a break and have now decided to pick up where you left off –Welcome back!
Today is a favourite for many who have come before you on this same journey. Think for a moment about a world where each of us lives in our purpose. What would that world look like? How would that reality be different than the one we live in now? Take a deep breath and dive into this abundance!

MESSAGE Abundance and the Law of DharmaToday we are completing the second week of the 21-day meditation program of the Chopra Center – KEY TO ABUNDANCE.
Over the past week, we have examined abundance in terms of the principles described Deepak’s book, “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success,” from the Law of Pure Potentiality to the Dharma Law today.
When your life is full of true purpose, your dharma, or abundance, rushes toward you easily and effortlessly.
As the saying goes: “Do what you love, the money will be.”
It is not only about material wealth, but also about satisfaction, confidence, optimism, and joy. All of the manifestations of abundance will come to you if you live your true purpose in life.
