21 Day Mindful Meditation- Day 15

WELCOME TO DAY 15! 🌈 YOU ARE SO APPRECIATED!

“Like attracts like. Hate brings hate and all the ills that follow in its wake. Envy and fear and worry attract discord and disease. If you want health, happiness, in your life, if you are seeking riches and success, attune your thoughts to these. BLESS the circumstances that surround you. Bless and praise those who come in contact with you. Bless even the difficulties you meet, for by blessing them, you can change them from discordant conditions to favourable ones, you can speed up their rate of activity to where they will bring you good instead of evil.” -Robert Collier

This quote is one of my favourites, it’s always are a reminder to me that in order to receive, I must first give. This is the final week of our journey and what a wonderful one it has been. I am so proud of you and I truly appreciate you! Thank you for the feedback, I’m happy that you saw the opportunity in taking the challenge and stuck with it.

Today we celebrate YOU! We celebrate what each of us has been able to afford so far! As well as, our awareness of the abundance we have experienced every day! We celebrate the openness to the abundance we desire and dream of while living the magic of Synchrodestiny.

As we move into today’s lesson, open your hearts and minds to everything you have learned so far. Remind yourself of all the possibilities of the banquet of the universe because everything you can imagine has already been created.

✨✨ TODAY’S PHRASE ✨✨

“As I live in present moment awareness, I live the magic of Synchrodestiny.”

📘Write this phrase of the day in your notebook and reflect on it throughout the day.

✍️TASK

Write this letter by hand, on a separate piece of paper, of gratitude and recognition to a person who you think “hurt” you at some point in life. Begin by meditating, so that an image of this person comes to you. More than one person may appear, yet for today, you are only writing one letter.

It is important not to feel any hostility towards this person, so be sure to cleanse yourself of any negative emotions. If you find that you are still angry or resentful, write down all of these feelings on a separate piece of paper and then tear the sheet into shreds and/or burn them.

Today’s Inspiration

The Concentrated Power of Handling Mental Work

meditation-the-concentrated-power-of-mental-work

“It is one of the prominent doctrines of some of the oriental schools of practical psychology that the power of expelling thoughts, or if need be, killing them dead on the spot, must be attained. Naturally, the art requires practice, but like other arts, when once acquired there is no mystery or difficulty about it. It is worth practice. It may be fairly said that life only begins when this art has been acquired. For obviously when, instead of being ruled by individual thoughts, the whole flock of them in their immense multitude and variety and capacity is ours to direct and dispatch and employ where we list, life becomes a thing so vast and grand, compared to what it was before, that its former condition may well appear almost ante-natal. If you can kill a thought dead, for the time being, you can do anything else with it that you please. And therefore it is that this power is so valuable. And it not only frees a man from mental torment (which is nine-tenths at least of the torment of life), but it gives him a concentrated power of handling mental work absolutely unknown to him before. The two are correlative to each other.”

Expect Only The Good

Back of everything is the immutable law of the Universe—that what you are is but the effect. Your thoughts are the causes. The only way you can change the effect is by first changing the cause. People live in poverty and want because they are so wrapped up in their sufferings that they give out thoughts only of lack and sorrow. They expect want. They open the door of their mind only to hardship and sickness and poverty. True—they hope for something better—but their hopes are so drowned by their fears that they never have a chance. You cannot receive good while expecting evil. You cannot demonstrate plenty while looking for poverty. “Blessed is he that expecteth much, for verily his soul shall be filled.   ~Robert Collier

Direct Your Thoughts To What You Want To Achieve!

Look closely at the lives of the people about you, and you will see that, wherever their paths have led them, their thoughts went on before. Pasteur did not become a great chemist without first devoting all his thoughts to chemistry. John D. Rockefeller, Sr., did not become a millionaire without thinking about money and the ways and means of acquiring it. Through their concentrated thoughts these men achieved what they wanted most out of life.  ~Robert Collier
