21 Day Mindful Meditation: We’ve Come To The End of Our Journey!

Once again congratulations on finishing your 21-day mindful meditation for growth, gratitude and abundance! This may be the final day of our Journey but it doesn’t have to be the final day for any of you. I first received the 21 Days of Abundance Meditation Challenge from a friend on Facebook! Trix invited me into her group to share the message, frequency, and miracles! I later learned that the program is for sale by the Chopra Centre for Wellness, so I’m extremely grateful to Trix for sharing this with me free of charge, which in turn allowed me to share with so many of you. I’ve been a sign-in member of the Chopra Centre online since 2014, I have found many programs there available both to purchase and for free that been so beneficial to me.

One of the instructions on day 5 for starting your own group was to choose a profile photo that symbolises abundance to you, I choose the one above for my Facebook group wen I started it last year because the countless stars and the moon reflects the endless abundance of the Universe. The boy reaching for towards the stars serves as a reminder that the Universe conspires to give us whatever we ask for, that everything is energy and we are all transmitters. If you take nothing else away from this 21-day journey, take with you the wisdom of knowing you are loved and that energy flows where attention goes! A friend of Trix invited her to her group, and she in turn took up the call to start her group and was able to transmit growth, gratitude and abundance to countless others. What was a wonderful display of vibration!

As we leave this journey, remember my blog is always open, you will always find the postings from the past 21 days to continue where you left off, to share with others or to begin. Prior to revisiting these sessions, I often used the meditation videos in my daily routine, so the information is there to use as you please. Remember, there is no pressure or judgment in this process, do as you are led and may you always grow in abundance, gratitude and love! Thank you again for accepting my call to join me on the journey.

🙌🥰Namaste

Faith, Hope, Love!

There have been so many times in my life that I wished I could just hit that reset button. Those times stuck in traffic and forgot to take that short cut, late for a flight and having to pay that penalty, missed on on the big one and didn’t make that investment. Here I am again, finding myself looking for that reset button, only this time it’s not about being late for a flight, we’re in lockdown, I have nowhere to go? Or about missing that big investment or being stuck in traffic. This time is beyond my control, this time, it’s a test of love, hope, but most of all a test of faith.  Is my love great enough to pass on the healing energy to another Being who has lived in my heart for the past 11 years? Do I have enough hope to carry them through this unfortunate ordeal and is my faith strong enough to be rewarded with a much-needed miracle? These are the questions that have been playing in my head for the past two weeks.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1
There is a thin line between holding the faith and letting go. We all go through seasons in our lives where our faith is rocked to the core and we just want to let go. But life is about learning to take leaps of faith, putting one foot in front of another even if you can’t see the path in front of you. Life is about believing in what some may call the impossible, it’s about living beyond the boundaries of what our mind tells us is the limit. I stand at the threshold of that line, my faith is being tested and I wished to God there was a reset button right now. Throughout our journey, there have been struggles, we climbed mountains even when we couldn’t see the top. Through those struggles, we’ve learned to laugh, cry, and to accept things even when they weren’t going our way. It has to led us to a greater appreciation of the good times. it gave us insight into how our life should be and how we wanted it to be and it has been a wonderful life, is it selfish to want more of those years together?

Right now I’m trying to remind myself that on cloudy days, even when we can’t see it, the Sun is there. Faith is no different, even in times we question it, faith is there, hope is there, love is every present and even in our darkest hours, the Universe is conspiring to give us that which we seek and like all things in life through the next  God is omniscient and miracles happen everyday! This day and everyday until we get a clear diagnoses, I’m keeping the faith, while praying for a miracle!

The Universe Never Sets A Challenge That Can’t Be Met

night-3331352_1280

You can’t hang around waiting for somebody else to pull your strings. Destiny’s what you make of it. You have to face whatever life throws at you. And if it throws more than you’d like, more than you think you can handle? Well then you just have to find the heroism within yourself and play out the hand you’ve been dealt. The universe never sets a challenge that can’t be met. You just need to believe in yourself in order to find the strength to face it.

Imagination Gives You The Picture

Imagination pictures the thing you desire. Action starts your nucleus whirling and growing. Belief gives magnetic power to it, enabling it to attract to itself every element it needs to bring it into reality. It reaches beyond the thing that is, into the conception of what can be. Imagination gives you the picture. Belief gives you the power to make that picture your own. Make your mental image clear enough — picture it vividly enough — give it action and belief and all the powers of the universe will join to help you bring it into being.

Expect Only The Good

Back of everything is the immutable law of the Universe—that what you are is but the effect. Your thoughts are the causes. The only way you can change the effect is by first changing the cause. People live in poverty and want because they are so wrapped up in their sufferings that they give out thoughts only of lack and sorrow. They expect want. They open the door of their mind only to hardship and sickness and poverty. True—they hope for something better—but their hopes are so drowned by their fears that they never have a chance. You cannot receive good while expecting evil. You cannot demonstrate plenty while looking for poverty. “Blessed is he that expecteth much, for verily his soul shall be filled.   ~Robert Collier
