I am who I am today because of the choices I made yesterday.  ~Eleanor Roosevelt

Most of us have had aha moments that could be life-changing, if only we took action to capitalise on the opportunity the epiphany presented, we would be living our full potential without question. You can start out easy. It’s was up to you to look inside of yourself and define who you am. Your self-worth doesn’t come from using others as a mirror. It comes from looking within. With this new perspective, you can began to appreciate the loveable, capable, competent person you are, and your self-esteem continued to grow.

This doesn’t mean there’s no room for improvement. It means that even with my flaws, you know a loveable, valuable human being.
